Setting up PMO (Project Management Office):

We work with client to establish an in-house project management office (Department). The PMO maintains the standards of project management across the company and the relation with cross functional departments. The PMO will standardize the execution of projects and be the system to run your projects efficiently with minimum resources, regardless of their level of Project Management expertise.

 

RISE PM will supervise the implementation of the PMO, provide training for the staff as well as strategies and tools to achieve project objectives.
